Returns & Refunds Policy

At Furreal Holiday Home & Treats, we want every customer to be completely happy with their order. Because our products are pet consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at furrealholidayhome@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)

  • Or a full refund to your original payment method

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returning faulty items will be covered by us.
