1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and express options are available at checkout.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. What if my order is damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us immediately at furrealholidayhome@gmail.com. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

7. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please contact us within straight away if you receive a defective product, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
